How do I delete my eharmony account?

There are a few options to delete your eharmony account:

Hide your profile

This makes your profile invisible. If you are already in contact with a member or if you have been added to a member’s favorites, they will still be able to see your profile. This is a great option for a Basic member who wants to pause their account.

Delete your profile (Basic member or end of subscription)

After confirming you want to delete your profile, you will not have access to messages or your matches list. Deleted profiles cannot be recovered.

Delete your profile (Premium member during subscription)

If you are in the middle of your subscription period, you must contact the eharmony Customer Care team to delete your profile. Use the Contact Customer Care button at the bottom of this webpage to get started.

Can I cancel my eharmony membership?

There is no cancellation fee for an eharmony membership, but per the Terms and Service Conditions, members who cancel early will not be refunded either. Contact eharmony Customer Care at 1-800-948-4649 to find out what your options are.
