If your boots are still covered by company warranty (one year from date of purchase), then feel free to fill out their warranty repairs form to get started on setting your boots straight. Any items outside of their warranty repair period are recommended to be sent through to Resole America, a trusted repairer of leather and suede footwear.

What are the FRYE Shipping Methods?
