How do I use my HBX promo code?

Keep your HBX promo code handy whilst browsing their latest offers on the HBX website or app and shop as normal. When looking at your basket you’ll see an option to “enter promotional code” before checkout, simply type or paste your promo code into this box and enjoy your savings.

When will my HBX delivery arrive?

With Express delivery, your order will be processed in 1-2 business, the items will then be shipped ready to arrive at your door in 5-7 business days following order placement. For archived items, PO. Boxes or Military Addresses shipping may take longer and Public Holidays can affect processing and shipping times.If you’re shipping outside of the US, check the HBX delivery page for more details on shipping times.

What is the HBX returns policy?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, HBX will accept return or exchange requests for new, resalable items with original tags and packaging attached within 30 days of you receiving your order. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Is there an HBX size guide?

You’ll be able to find size guides of apparel on HBX underneath the description of each item to ensure you’re able to find the right size for you. You can also check what size the model is wearing to see how the fit might look in real life, with their actual measurements also available!

What’s the HBX cancellation policy?

If you want to cancel or make changes to your order, HBX requests you contact their customer support team as soon as possible to ensure your amendments are able to be put through before the order is processed. If you wish to cancel your order you will need to log into your account, click ‘Your Orders’ then ‘Cancel Order’ to have your order cancelled and monies returned to your account within 3-5 business days. Please note, orders which have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.
