If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact Herman Miller to return or exchange eligible items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt or date of purchase, whichever is later. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only at Herman Miller’s warehouse, except for accessories, which can be returned to your Herman Miller local store.

Herman Miller accepts cancellations of orders for items that haven’t shipped yet or are on backorder. In-stock items normally ship within 24 to 48 hours after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is impossible. Custom and special order items cannot be canceled. If you place your order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item ships.
