Purchases from an authorized retailer are subject to that retailer's return policy. Hydrow does not offer refunds for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges at the time of delivery. Free standard shipping is available for all rowers and accessories purchased from Hydrow’s online store. Additional charges may apply for delivery and in-home assembly. Expedited shipping is also available for the Hydrow Wave and all accompanying accessories, but it is not free. Apparel orders of $75+ from the Hydrow online store ship for free.
