You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund and return your items. You won’t be able to exchange a purchase made online and you’ll have to ensure everything is unworn with original tags attached. Items that don’t meet the standards of the return policy will be shipping back to you.

IRO will issue you a prepaid UPS label so your return will be free to you. UPS will pick it up from your door.
