• iRobot can only accept returns on items purchased at iRobot.com.
  • You can try an iRobot product for 60 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return it within 60 days from the date of shipment. iRobot will refund your purchase price upon return of the product.
  • iRobot will refund the purchase price for unopened accessory items. Regarding the Braava jet Hard Floor Cleaner, the company will only refund unopened bottles.
  • To receive a refund for a returned item that included a gift with purchase, you must return the gift along with the original item. You will be assessed the full retail value if you decide to keep the gift item.
  • You must return all items within the bundle to receive a refund for a returned item that was part of a Bundle promotion offer.
