How do I use my Marmot coupon code?

Once you’ve added all the outdoor apparel and equipment you need for your next adventure to your cart, simply click through to the checkout page. Beneath where you’ll enter your payment details there will be the option to click “promo codes and gift cards”. Expand this box and enter your coupon where it asks you to “Enter Promo Code”. Be sure to click “Apply” and check your savings have been calculated before proceeding to “Place Order”. If you’ve found an offer that doesn’t require a code, your discount will be automatically added.

Does Marmot offer free shipping?

Yes - expedited shipping is free on all orders, which takes 1-3 working days.

I’m not totally happy with my Marmot items – can I return them?

Sure thing. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your Marmot items, you can return your items within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Items will need to be in original condition and returned with the original receipt for proof of purchase.

Do Marmot products come with a warranty?

They sure do, and you don’t even need to register your product to benefit from the Marmot warranty - it kicks in the second you pay for your items. If there’s an issue with your item due to a manufacturers defect, Marmot will repair or replace it.
