Returns and Exchanges:

• Your shoes will be shipped back to the warehouses.

Returns using a pre-printed label:

• Return unworn shoes within 45 days by mailing them back through FedEx Office.

International Returns:

• International customers have 90 days to return unworn items. Use Borderfree and attach the RMA form. Request an RMA number via email.
