For orders to the West Coast, you should be able to expect delivery in 1 – 3 business days, East Coast orders usually take 3 – 7 business days for shipping. Items will only be shipped on business days, so any orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number and tracking details with your confirmation email.

What is the NEEDiNK returns policy?

NEEDiNK offers a generous 1-year warranty on their cartridges, so you can return any items for a refund or exchange within 1 year of purchase if you’re not completely satisfied.
