What shipping options does Oakley Standard Issue offer?

When it comes to shipping, you will be asked to choose between 2 Business Days, Standard Shipping, and APO/FPO Standard Shipping. All orders are sent fully insured and you will receive a confirmation email when your order ships confirming which carrier is being used for your shipment along with a tracking number.

How long does shipping take with Oakley Standard Issue?

Handling and shipping times will vary depending on the shipping option you chose. For most standard eyewear, apparel, and equipment sent via Standard Shipping, you should receive your items within 5 business days and orders over $50 will qualify for free shipping. 2 Business Days shipping will take 2 business days. Items sent via Standard Shipping to an APO/FPO address will usually take 14 business days to arrive and is free of charge. For custom products, please allow an additional 4 days for the Oakley SI team to ensure your items are created to your specifications.

Can I return my Oakley Standard Issue products?

Absolutely. Oakley SI believes our best deserve the best, so if anything you’ve ordered is not 100% perfect you may return your items within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please note, you will need to obtain pre-approval for your return.

In addition to this, Oakley also offers a one-time Order Redo so you can change your frame color, lens color, glasses style, or prescription within 60 days of your original shipping date totally free of charge. Do Oakley Standard Issue products come with a warranty?

They sure do. All Oakley SI products come with a two-year warranty to protect your items against any manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover scratches, damage, loss, or theft. Wearing your frames with anything other than Authentic Oakley Prescription Lenses will also void the frame warranty.
