Overstock Delivery Options

Standard Shipping: The standard shipping method is ground shipping. Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout.

*Some items may take longer to ship-out and/or have a longer delivery time frame. These items are included in the Shipping & Delivery Exceptions chart.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options will display when you add the item to the shopping cart if available. This option is also available on the checkout page with the shipping rate and estimated delivery time frame.

Expedited shipping options and fees are based on item size, weight and the delivery destination. Multiple item rates will calculate separately. *Expedited shipping is not available on all items. Some items cannot be expedited due to item size and/or destination.

Overstock Free Shipping

Currently, you can save money on shipping at Overstock! The brand is offering standard free shipping everyday on U.S. orders shipping to the lower 48 states. This free shipping offer excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders.

Overstock Return Policy

We all make mistakes! If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back to Overstock within 30 days of delivery. Keep in mind:

• Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
• The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
• Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in the case of buyer’s remorse returns. Such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
• Overstock will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of their error or defective product.
• Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receiving the item. (See Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions)
• Overstock will inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. The retailer does give partial refund for opened or used products.

HOW TO RETURN AT OVERSTOCK

Member Return

Follow these easy steps to return your overstock.com purchase:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click the “Orders & Returns” tile from your Dashboard in “My Account.”
3. Click “Return Item” next to the item you want to return.
4. Provide your return information.
5. Click “Submit Return.”
6. Click “Get Label” to select your return label delivery, and follow the included instructions to return your item.

Overstock will send you a return confirmation via email that includes your UPS return link, and return instructions.

Guest Checkout Return

If you used “Guest Checkout” to place your order, please follow these steps:

1. Create an Overstock account with the same email address you used to place your order.
2. Once you create your account, follow the steps above to return your item.
