What is Saatva’s returns policy?

If you find that a Saatva mattress is not the right fit for you, you have a whopping 120 nights of slumber to decide whether or not it’s right for you. If you do return it within the first 120 days, you are entitled to a full refund, less the cost of shipping.

How do I use my Saatva discount?

Once you’ve got your discount code, click through to the Saatva site and start shopping for your mattress. When you’ve got it in your cart, make your way through to checkout and enter your discount into the promo code box, click ‘apply’ then you’re ready to proceed to payment.

How will Saatva ship my mattress out to me?

Shipping costs a flat rate of $99, and on the day of delivery you will be given a 4-hour window in which your mattress will arrive. Check the measurements of the various doorways the mattress will have to fit through to avoid any issues on delivery.

Do Saatva mattresses come with any sort of warranty?

Saatva is very confident about the quality of its products, and they can guarantee that your order will be free from any material or craftmanship defects for a period of 15 years. For the first 2 years of your warranty, Saatva will replace your mattress with a brand new one at absolutely no charge. Over the next 13 years, Saatva will completely repair and re-cover your mattress, the only charge to you being the shipping costs.

Can I cancel my Saatva order?

Changed your mind? No problem. If you need to cancel your Saatva order, you can do so at any point up to the day of delivery.
