Redeeming a Sesame Care promo code at checkout is a breeze! Search Sesame Care by specialty, symptom, doctor name, or service using the search field located on the website’s home page. Select a doctor, price point, and appointment time that’s right for you. On the next page:

1. Provide your contact and patient information.
2. Enter the reason for your visit in the ‘Appointment information’ field.
3. Provide your payment information and enter the Sesame Care promo code into the ‘Promo code’ field.
4. Click ‘Apply’ located to the right of the ‘Promo code’ field.
5. Look for the total amount to reflect the discount.
6. Create a password for your account, agree to the terms, and click ‘PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT’ to finalize your purchase.

As part of its offering, Sesame Care has recurring subscription services (“Membership Services”) of various terms.

• Membership Services are not insurance. Any discounts provided under Membership Services cannot be used in conjunction with insurance.
• Membership Services are not a substitute for healthcare insurance nor are they intended to be health insurance. Sesame Care does not make payments to pharmacy partners or healthcare providers on your behalf.
• Membership Services do not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under your state healthcare coverage regulations.
• Each tier has a recurring subscription fee. Depending on the tier, this subscription provides certain features to you.

Sesame Care's Monthly Membership Service is currently priced at $10.99 a month and consists of the following features:

• $20 off all virtual visits
• $20 off all primary care visits
• $20 off visits with a clinician under the “primary care” grouping
• $30 off any in-person specialty visit
• $30 off in-person visits with a clinician under the “specialist” grouping

Sesame Care's Annual Membership Service is currently priced at $99 per year and consists of the following features:

• $20 off all virtual visits
• $20 off all primary care visits
• $20 off visits with a clinician under the “primary care” grouping
• $30 off any in-person specialty visit
• $30 off in-person visits with a clinician under “specialist” grouping
• One free lab or blood test per year
• Within 12 months of activation, any of the labs offered on sesamecare.com/category/labs (majority of labs needed)

The features outlined above are personal to the account holder; however, for a limited time, members can book visits for other people under the account holder’s subscription.

• To sign up for Membership Services, you must create an account with Sesame Care and enter a payment method. If you do subscribe to Membership Services you authorize Sesame Care to charge your chosen payment method the monthly subscription fee at the time of initial payment and each month thereafter on the same day as your initial payment (for activations near the end of the month, you will be charged on the last day of the month closest to your initial subscription payment), until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription to Membership Services at any time up to 48 hours before the applicable renewal processing date of your subscription, by emailing support@sesamecare.com and directly requesting a cancellation, or by calling +1 (877) 947-6411 to cancel.
• If you cancel Membership Services and your subscription term has not expired, you may continue to use Membership Services until the end of your then-current subscription monthly or annual term, and your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. You won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the recurring subscription fee paid for the then-current recurring subscription term.
• Sesame Care reserves the right to make changes to the Membership Services at any time and will provide advance notice of such changes and you may cancel your subscription to the Membership Services at any time as set forth herein.
