Browse our deals, choose one which catches your eye, and copy the discount code before following the link to the Skylight website. Add your skylight frame to your shopping cart and follow the pathway through to the checkout. Enter your promo code when prompted and click apply to redeem your savings. If you’ve selected a deal that doesn’t require a code, you can just checkout as normal whilst your savings are applied automatically for you in the shopping cart.

What is the Skylight returns policy?

Do I need an internet connection to use my Skylight?

No internet? No problem! Skylight only needs a Wi-Fi connection when it’s first set up and to download new photos to the frame. Other than that, all Skylight features work offline as well as online. If you are offline when a new photo is sent to you, the photo will be stored on the Skylight server, ready to be downloaded when you next connect your frame to the internet. Simple!

Is my Skylight email secure?

Skylight takes every precaution to ensure your unique Skylight email address is totally secure and free from spam. They will never sell or disseminate your email information and they can even (on request) limit who can send pictures to your Skylight frame or block specific email addresses.

How many photos can I hold on my Skylight?

Each Skylight frame comes with 8GB of memory – that’s enough for over 8,000 photos! If you find yourself running low on memory, you can delete images easily by clicking the ‘delete’ button on the touchscreen interface. If you do manage to completely run out of memory, Skylight will automatically delete your oldest photos to replace with new ones as they come in so you don’t need to lift a finger.
