The House Shipping Policy

Free Shipping at The House:

• Orders over $99 get free ground delivery within 3–6 business days. Free shipping is limited to the contiguous US.
• Free shipping does not apply to PO Box or APO addresses. Oversized items are also not eligible.
• After entering your address, click the "Use This Address" button to access and choose a shipping method.

Processing & Delivery Times:

• Orders classified as economy will usually be shipped within 2–6 business days.
• Orders expedited and placed before 1 pm CT usually be shipped the same day.
• If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.
• Due to credit card verification procedures, different shipping and billing addresses may cause a shipment delay.

The House Shipping Policy:

• Orders to the Contiguous United States are shipped via FedEx Ground, US Priority Mail, or FedEx Air. For Post Office boxes, Priority Mail will be used.
• Please note that orders delivered to APO, AE, AA, AP, or any other Armed Services are shipped exclusively through the United States Postal Service.
• Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa will be sent using the United States Postal Service. For air shipments, FedEx Air is used.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via the United States Postal Service.
• Due to their size, all orders for kayaks, paddleboards, and other oversized items will be shipped exclusively via Truck Line.
