The Annual Vera Bradley Outlet Sale is a five-day annual sales event. The first three days, shoppers must sign up for an in-person shopping session to get the best selection of patterns and bags. There are 4 daily shopping sessions on each of the first 3 days. The final two days of the annual event do not require a ticket.

• Tickets become available weeks before the event’s start date and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com, authorized Ticketmaster locations, and other locations specified on the verabradley.com website.
• Ticketed Sessions are 2.5 hours long.
• If you plan to make a purchase, you will need to complete a brief on-site registration process at the Annual Outlet Sale and provide a photo ID. You only need to register once for the entire Annual Outlet Sale, regardless of what day you’re attending.
• There is a $3,500 shopping limit per person. This is for the duration of the Annual Outlet Sale, not per day.
• All sales are final. Returns for items purchased at the Annual Outlet Sale are not allowed.
• The shopping area will be cleared in between Ticketed Sessions. Therefore, Vera Bradley does ask that you be in line to check out by the conclusion of your allotted session time to make room for the next session and allow the Vera Bradley team time to restock merchandise.
• Special discounts and offers for the Annual Outlet Sale cannot be combined.

Vera Bradley Delivery Options

Economy Ground or Standard Ground delivery will normally leave the Distribution Center 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Custom orders take an additional 3–5 weeks prior to shipping.

Times may increase during promotions and holidays or if monogrammed. After the order leaves the Distribution Center, delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected.
