When you download a game from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, it installs automatically. While the game is downloading and installing, it appears in My games & apps > Manage > Queue. If you choose to install the game later, go to My games & apps > Full library > All owned games, select the game title, then press Install

If you’re trying to install a game and the installation pauses for a long period of time, try these troubleshooting steps. 1st - Check the Xbox Live service status. 2nd - Make sure you’re connected to Xbox Live and signed in with the profile that originally purchased the content. 3rd - View your notifications on your Xbox One console to make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to install the content. 4th - You may need to update your console. For example, if you see a “Download stopped” error, you may need to install an update before the download can complete.

Click the Green button, and wait for the merchant page to appear. If you need a code, you'll be able to copy it and paste into the relevant field at checkout. Some deals don't require a code, and for those you just have to shop the Xbox Game Pass site from the offer.

Xbox Game Pass Free Shipping

Some of Xbox’s physical products, like consoles or controllers, will qualify for free shipping. Typically free shipping is not offered by Xbox. But, many of Xbox’s offered games are available for digital download, meaning there will be no shipping required.

Xbox Game Pass Return Policy

You can manage returns, exchanges, and more on the “Order History” page when you log in.

To request a return or exchange:

Sign in to Order history, and then select “Request a Return.” If you don’t see Request a return, your item may not be eligible for a return.
Follow the instructions on the screen to get a prepaid shipping label for the return.
When the store receives your item and finds it eligible for a return, they will either ship you a replacement or issue you a refund.
