This is a boutique-style fitness class focuses more on the individual and less on large classes. Our trainers cultivate a friendly environment where you work along side like-minded individuals to help motivate you in your fitness goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
It's the culture! We love our clients and love to make friends! This is'nt the normal show up and do class! We want everybody to have a great time while creating great relationships to keep all of us motivated and going!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working out alone is hard! We find it way more fun to workout in a fun lightharted enviroment! We also wanted to create a place where everyone is welcome regardless of age or body type.

What do you love most about your job?
We get to meet awesome people and actually help them! Many people come to us with goals and we become emotionally attached to them. Your goal is our goal and nothing feels better than accomplishing them!
