What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Brazilian Jiu JItsu is an incredible sport that has a lifestyle based on healthy habits. I wanted to be able to share the lessons of the sport that is such a positive fixture in the lives of millions in Brazil.

What do you love most about your job?
I love when students realize how effective Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is! Most fights end up on the ground and through using proper techniques, anyone can defend against a larger aggressor. It takes a while for the students to truly understand this, but when it clicks, it is so exciting!
