About Abe Lee Seminars
Though Abe Lee has more than 40 years of real-estate experience and has developed more than 90 projects, it may be his master's degree in education that keeps students walking through his classroom door. He has helped thousands of professionals navigate the complex world of real estate through his classroom and online programs, where students can take practice tests while crafting model subdivisions out of Monopoly pieces. In both settings, he boils down issues such as property inspections, finance and tax protocols, and zoning regulations into straightforward language. He has also authored proprietary and Hawaii Real Estate Commission–approved continuing-education courses for current realtors and CPAs and pre-licensing classes for agents-to-be.
