- No substitutions. Heavily soiled carpets, pet stains, and bodily fluids will require additional treatments at an additional charge. Sanitizing and Teflon (carpet sealer) services are available at an additional charge. Rooms are up to 150 sq. ft. each, additional charge for rooms greater than 150 sq. ft. Hallway included as a complimentary service up to 40 sq. feet; if it is larger it is considered a room and will be charged as such. Area rugs, stairs, wool carpets, or specialty fibers are priced separately. Additional fees also apply for residences on the second floor or higher that do not have elevators (example; Apartment complexes).
