Packages are created using a $75:1 Labor Hour Ratio minus (-) a percentage discount. For Example: when purchasing our 4 hours of Housing Cleaning with 2 cleaners package, a team of two house cleaners will service your home for 2 hours. Please call one of our staff if you have questions about which package would be right for you - All homes are different, and may need additional labor hours to complete an entire home cleaning. In order to ensure the most value, our team will focus on completing the Master Bedroom & Bathroom, Kitchen, and what you consider the highest priority rooms that can be cleaned within the allotted time. Areas that are serviced will receive: light feather dusting of furniture, sweeping floors: bedrooms, living areas, kitchen & bathrooms, vacuum all carpets and rugs, mopping: hardwood, laminate, vinyl floors, trash disposal, clean and sanitize bathroom: sink, toilet, and shower and/or tub, clean and sanitize kitchen: sink, countertops, outside cabinets and outside the appliances, feather dust window blinds (plastic materials only), clean & sanitize window sills, dust ceiling fans, dust crown molding, clean & sanitize doorknobs and light switches, broom dust baseboards. Any of the packages above mentioned are not to be used for Move in / Move out services. Additional Servicing Disclosure: Our crew members will not use platforms or ladders that are more than 2 steps high for their safety. We do NOT include bed, sheet, laundry, or dish cleaning services within any of our packages. The kitchen sink must be empty prior to service time for our crew members All packages are subject to scheduling and availability; If we cannot accommodate a specific date your family needs servicing, we require all Groupon customers to contact the merchant and request a refund due to a scheduling conflicts.
