One-Day Sailing Experience for One Person - Dive into the world of sailing with a full-day adventure on the water. Learn the basics, soak in the stunning views, and experience the thrill of harnessing the power of the wind.

Two-Day Introduction to Sailing Course for One Person - Take an affordable 1st step deeper into the art of sailing with the comprehensive two-day course. Perfect for first time sailors, this immersive experience will equip you with the fundamental skills of a crew and knowledge to participate in sailing a boat with others confidently.

Gather at Afterguard Sailing Academy, located at 1285 Embarcadero in Oakland for the thrilling sailing experience of your choice. Spend most of the day on the water. Will be sailing aboard one of Afterguard's fleet boats, carefully chosen based on weather conditions, group size, and vessel availability. With up to four participants for the 2 day class or up to 6 for the one day experience, per boat and with one instructor. You, and any who join you, will have an amazing day to learn and enjoy sailing the Bay.

Prior to the class, minimal preparation is required. Simply pack a lunch, or take advantage of the nearby Starbucks for convenience. Ensure you come dressed appropriately in comfortable, hiking-style attire, and don't forget essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and flat, comfortable shoes.
