Choose a martial arts class package to help you get fit, learn self-defense, and improve your physical and mental health. Each package includes one-hour classes with our head instructor, a fifth-degree black belt with more than 20 years experience.
We maintain small class sizes, and provide all students with individualized and personal instruction. Every class offers students one-to-one, hands-on interactions with instructors and other students.
And every package includes a uniform!
