About Aioli Gourmet Burger

Our story is simple. We are two lifelong friends with one objective in mind: to make a great product and provide it to people throughout the valley. Aioli Burger began with one food truck in Phoenix, expanded to three trucks, became a full-service catering company, and now has two brick-and-mortar burger joint locations.

About Aioli Gourmet Burgers
Best friends Tom, Kyle, and Michael opened Aioli Burger as a single food truck serving one-of-a-kind burgers around the Phoenix area. But word travels fast when your menu is loaded with phrases like "applewood bacon onion jam" and "white truffle aioli", and, today, their burger venture has grown to encompass a sit-down restaurant, catering company, and not one, but three food trucks. The secret to their success is simple: start with a soft brioche bun, add an American Kobe Beef patty or chicken breast, then pile on the extra toppings that make each sandwich really sing. Signature items include a black and blue burger topped with maytag blue cheese, arugula, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and black pepper aioli, as well as a falafel burger topped with pickled onion and mango sauce. Customers will also find delicious sides like warm pretzel bites, sweet potato fries, and roasted farm veggies, plus creative desserts like s'mores bread pudding.
