At Airmeith Massage & Oils, therapist Stacie Carter has put a lot of thought into every aspect of the spa experience, from the 100% organic oils and lotions used to the time each client gets on the table–each massage is always the full 60-, 90-, or 120-minute of "table time". Sessions begin with a 5- to 10-minute consultation, during which clients describe their massage needs, including discussing injuries and chronic pain, over chocolates and coffee or tea. Then, as guests recline on a heated table, a therapist puts their Swedish, sports, or myofascial release skills to use to soothe achy muscles and increase the body's range of motion, helping speed recovery after an injury or recurring pain, such as neck or back pain.
