Ajisen Ramen's roots lay in Kyushu, Japan, where it developed the white broth its famous for—the broth gets its flavor from slow-cooked pork ribs. Today, the Japanese chain branches out all over the world, offering a vast sushi menu and a wide variety of Japanese rolls, from avocado to spicy yellowtail, as well as fried and curry rices galore.
