Renter must be 18 years of age. All Kayakers and SUPS are used at your own risk. Alamo Kayak is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur. A deposit of $150 per rental will be placed on CC or Debit card, it will be a hold and will be released once all equipment is returned, in condition as it was rented.
