About Alejandra's Mexican Cuisine
When the Corona family opened Alejandra's back in 2005, they relied on ultra-secret, authentic family recipes. The resulting menu established the modest restaurant as a staple of the Northlake dining scene, treating guests to home-cooked Mexican classics.
One of Alejandra's most-popular dishes, the carne asada, features grilled skirt steak alongside a stuffed chile poblano with guacamole, rice, and beans. The authenticity carries over to Alejandra's drink selection, too, which includes martinis, margaritas, and homemade horchata mixed with rum.
