About All Points West Distillery

All Points West Distillery provides a Trans-Atlantic take on each small-batch of spirits they create. Historic techniques from the Netherlands, Ireland, Scotland and Britton are married with American approaches. The resulting spirits are innovative and crafted with care in small batches. Visit them in Newark’s Ironbound, only six miles from America’s first distillery.

  • Bone Black Vodka: Made from 100% wheat and filtered through a dry distilled bone charcoal to effectively remove impurities, this vodka produces bold flavors with a smooth finish. Available in over-proofed (104 proof) and regular strength (80 proof).
  • Cathouse Gin: A mid-Atlantic style gin with a healthy balance of juniper and coriander along with a rich botanical flavor
  • All Points West Malt and Grain Whiskey: A flavor profile outlawed for Irish and Scottish Pot Still distilleries after 1908 (because it was deemed to be “too American”) – is now available again and finally produced in America.
