Top Rope Class
In this 90 minute class, participants will learn essential climbing skills from Alpine's expert team, including how to tie a figure-8 knot, belay with a GriGri, use proper climbing commands, perform safety checks, and manage risk effectively. Upon completion, climbers will be certified to climb independently in Alpine’s rope room.
The class includes rental climbing shoes and harness. Open to individuals ages 13 and up.
Staff Guided Belay Class
For those new to climbing, in need of guidance, or simply looking for a belay partner, Alpine offers Staff-Guided Belay sessions—a 90-minute climbing experience with the support of trained staff. Perfect for young climbers aged 7 and up who are ready to scale the gym’s tallest walls but don’t have a certified belayer. No prior experience is required, making it an ideal option for families and beginners alike.

Climbing begins promptly at the scheduled time—late arrivals will result in reduced climb time.
