Owners Deborah and Richard Rivera modeled Ambrosia Euro American Patisserie around the classic patisseries of France, designing a divine array of sweet and savory bakery creations with natural ingredients and imported chocolates to accompany their assortment of signature coffee and organic teas. The patisserie displays the crafts of local musicians and painters to create a community-centered establishment, so visitors can chew to the rhythm of live folk musicians as they enjoy high tea. The assorted miniature-pastry varieties rotate frequently, integrating seasonal ingredients, such as freshly hatched fruits, and the gourmet savories include croissant varieties stocked with ham and swiss cheese, spinach and feta with red bell peppers, and smoked salmon with cream cheese and red onions. Fresh-roasted coffees, organic teas, and natural juices pair with eatables, allowing guests to exercise their sipping and snacking muscles simultaneously. Diners choosing the individual option can take home old-world-style pastries, such as fresh fruit tarts, profiteroles, chocolate-mousse cups, and chocolate truffle brownies ($1.75–$4.75).
