Designed for both kids and adults, Animals MMA caters to all ages and fitness levels. Inside the facility, trainers instruct students in the strikes and submissions of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, muay thai kickboxing, freestyle wrestling, and even old-fashioned boxing. In addition to building combat prowess, these classes help students reach individual goals, whether they're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or develop the in-ring confidence needed to become an MMA fighter.
