As soon as the guests walk in, their eyes are greeted by a black-lit bar area, futuristic decor, and—perhaps most importantly—artistically plated dishes. Contemporary touches to Asian and American classics range from sushi rolls and kobe burgers to miso-glazed Chilean sea bass and a seven-hour slow-braised Angus short rib.
