Right around the time The Beverly Hilton opened in 1955, the German skincare company Babor started creating skincare products that blended science and nature. Now, the two companies are linked through the hotel's Aqua Star Babor Beauty Spa—the only Babor spa in America. Read on to see which Babor treatments unfold at the glamorous Southern California spa with five treatment rooms and a unisex relaxation lounge:

  • Red Carpet Ready facial: The spa's aestheticians know what it takes to look red-carpet ready; after all, The Beverly Hilton hosts more than 150 red carpet events each year, including the Golden Globes. During this 80-minute facial, they start with a heated-stone and aromatherapy-oil application to the back. Then, they tighten and lift facial muscles using microcurrent technology, which helps push Babor products deep into the skin and imparts a radiant glow.

  • Body Moist treatment: Therapists recalibrate and nourish the skin during this treatment by exfoliating away dead skin cells and applying a hydrating body wrap. The Babor ACE body cream pairs with scented oils and lotions to moisturize and relax, and a body massage gets rid of any remaining stress.

  • Tension-Reliever massage: In addition to Swedish and deep-tissue full-body kneadings, therapists at Aqua Star perform more targeted massages on the back, neck, forearms, and feet. An energizing scalp massage concludes the service.
