What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Aspire Fitness classes are led by coaches with years of professional experience delivering results for our members. Unlike other group programs, there is still an individual component to the workouts. Each member is working to the best of their own ability with exercises appropriate for them.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Each member starts with a strategy session and body composition screening. This helps us clearly identify what our members’ goals are. From there, we map out a plan to get them there. We remeasure every two weeks to make sure we’re headed in the right direction and to make any needed adjustments.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We founded Aspire Fitness because we became increasingly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and expertise in the fitness industry. People come to us to help them get better and deserve better than someone to whom fitness is a hobby. We want to use nutrition and fitness to inspire better lives.

What do you love most about your job?
We love the look of excitement and enjoyment on our members’ faces when they see they are down two jean sizes or accomplished something they never thought possible.
