Classes are available in AcroYoga, Parkour, Capoeira, Break Dance, Aerial (Trapeze, Fabric & Rope), Monkey Conditioning, and Partner Flips to name just a few, and accommodate almost every schedule. They run all day, seven days a week, starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Each one inspires inter-connectedness and participation in a supportive group setting.
