What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
ATR is private and not like big commercial gyms. We are open to our members 24 hours a day and offer everything you need to achieve you fitness goals. Our staff is certified with a master’s degree in exercise science and has over 15 years of experience.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
24-day challenges are conducted every month. Also, there are two high-definition televisions that display the workout of the day for every fitness level.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness is my passion. I teach physical education in the Rochester City School District and also own ATR FITNESS. My inspiration to start ATR FITNESS was to do something that I am passionate about so it doesn’t feel like work.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy seeing clients and members succeed in obtaining their fitness goals. It is very rewarding to me to help individuals live a healthier lifestyle.
