2. Perform the initial computer setup on first startup.
3. Perform 1 printer installation and 1 software installation.
4. Configure your existing internet access and a single existing e-mail account.
5. Remove unwanted programs.
6. Perform system updates.

We'll explore essential best practices to safeguard your data, devices, and network, and discuss the advantages of implementing security enhancements such as two-factor authentication.

Does not include moving or removing an existing computer system, data transfer or backup services, virus and spyware removal, or hardware repairs.

In Home - Virus Removal & O/S Repair

Service includes:

1. The Tech will troubleshoot a single device and diagnose software issues. If additional or upgraded hardware is required, we'll provide an estimate of how much this will cost.
2. The Tech will fix operating system issues, including boot errors and blue screens. Remove viruses, spyware, and malware if present
3. The Tech will remove any programs or desktop shortcuts you deem unnecessary, configure startup services to your specifications, and install applicable critical updates to your software.
4. Install supplied antivirus and antispyware software
5. Finally the Tech will test your computer to make sure everything is working properly.

This service does not include data recovery and/or transfer services.
