Azuma Sushi & Teppan treats guests to a feast for all their senses. In the dining room, chefs presiding over hot teppan grills put on a show while cooking up tasty morsels of meat and seafood. They skillfully juggle knives, navigate flame towers, and occasionally toss food into the air for patrons to catch. Chefs at the sushi bar, meanwhile, create works of art with colorful ingredients and fresh fish, including a flower garden special that dazzles with slices of sashimi folded to look like roses.

The newest location on Wyoming Boulevard is as beautiful as the chef's artful creations. The sleek space resembles a Las Vegas lounge mixed with a traditional Japanese eatery. It boasts a flower-topped bar with red leather barstools and a stainless-steel backdrop, eight teppan grills illuminated with uplighting, and an Elvis impersonator offering to marry people. Like a traditional Japanese restaurant, Azuma also has a private room where guests dine on the floor and a sliding door decorated with a Japanese snow-scape print separates them from the rest of the place.

The most stunning piece in Azuma lies just outside this private doors. It's a towering slate-gray water fountain that extends from the floor to the ceiling and features metal fish swimming up the facade.
