In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Old-fashioned burgers, breakfast, fries and shakes. We keep the home-cooked feeling in our meals. We have comparable options for those who don't eat red meat; we offer a number of turkey, chicken and vegetarian options. We also offer lettuce wraps and whole-wheat buns.

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
As Featured on the Food Network, we offer our Monster Royal Burger. It's two 8-ounce ground-beef patties, a fried egg, house chili, and lean pastrami (also available in all turkey).

What is one fun, unusual fact about your business?
B&R's is a family owned and operated business, named after the owner's two sons, Bryan and Rashad.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
B&R's celebrated its twentieth anniversary in July, 2014. It also has a catering/food truck called B&R's On Wheels.
