Besides working out, what else can clients do to spend their time at your facility? we have restorative classes & we offer reiki, aromatherapy, sound healing & breath work.
What is a typical session of your program or class like for a student? The student acclimates to the heat through focused breath work & short meditation then gets moving, stretching & builds up a nice heavy detoxifying sweat through a sequence of challenging yoga postures before settling down for a restful meditation at the end of class.
