What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Free childcare is a HUGE perk for customers! Both Mommy and kiddos are happy leaving. The Reformer sessions are 4 customers at each class making it very hands on like a private session. All of our instructors have dance backgrounds giving an edge to instructing. Everyone wants a dancers body and our staff knows how to get you there.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I wanted customers to feel confident about their bodies and workout in a fun way! Lights are low and music is fun! Barre classes bring a lot of energy with movements anyone can do and to music you know from the radio. You will for sure sweat, get a little shaky and wake up feeling new muscles.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing customers get more flexible or as clients say "bendy". The movements strengthen the muscles and elongates them. You will stand taller or customers even say they grew an inch with classes.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
They love how it tones and tightens their bodies quickly with the Pilates and Ballet inspired movements. We offer a ton of classes 7 days a week--so no excuses. They also love that they can feel themselves getting stronger every class with the total body workout.
