Finding the perfect ice cream flavor can be as frustrating as dating a snowman; by the time you're ready to commit, all the good ones have melted away. Find The One among 31 with today's Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of ice cream and other frozen treats at the Baskin Robbins in Mountain View.
Ever since Baskin Robbins first began its dessert fashion show in 1953, more than 1,000 original flavors have sauntered across the nation's tongue runways, 31 at a time. With the ice creamery's iconic pink sampling spoons as your guide, taste test as many as you like until you find the flavor that gives your soul a back rub, whether it's a classic-flavor single scoop of rocky road ($2.39) or a seasonal single scoop of Love Potion #31 (white-chocolate and raspberry ice cream loaded with raspberry-filled chocolate hearts) in a waffle cone ($3.18). Otherwise, keep it simple and bury your face within the flavor of the month. The ice alchemists at Baskin Robbins can also transmute their ice cream and sherbet into drinkable desserts, such as floats, freezes, and shakes. Tongue-pleasing tortoises donate their praline-lined shells to coffee- and caramel-swirled science in the Turtle Cappuccino Blast, and custom floats let treatsters plunge scoops of their favorite ice cream into a fizzy soda-pop bath.
To celebrate events of greater import, such as the Super Bowl or baby's first doctoral thesis, choose one of Baskin Robbins' varieties of freeze-baked ice cream cakes . Healthy hedonists, meanwhile, can indulge in the shop's BRight Choices—fat-free, dairy-free, and sugarless assortments of ice cream, sorbet, and frozen yogurt.

About Baskin Robbins
Before teaming up in 1953, Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins were seasoned business owners with their own ice-cream shops. The words “unusual varieties” shone high above each shop, signaling their respective owners’ passion for anything but an ordinary dessert experience. When the two got together, it was natural that they’d adopt the theme of “31 flavors,” one for each day of the month. Since then, Baskin Robbins has introduced more than 1,000 flavors and opened shops with more than 5,800 franchise owners worldwide. Even their little pink tasting spoon has become a staple as a way to make flavor browsing an event by allowing guests to try specialties without paying cash or chicken-based trade for the privilege.
