What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Although we are a CrossFit gym our Bootcamp program is brand new and not offered at other area CrossFit gyms. We are conveniently located in downtown San Diego. This program will lean bodies out and tone muscles up. This will not bulk someone up. A perfect after Holiday solution for the New Year!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have certified trainers with excellent knowledge bases that enjoy meeting new people and having a good time. Aside from our superior staff our gym has close community feel. We foster a competitive yet enjoyable environment and small group settings create excellent motivation.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We want to introduce everyone to CrossFit and dispel misconceptions about what CrossFit is and who can participate. Our Bootcamp program can bridge the gap between inaccurate CrossFit stereotypes and conventional fitness methods.

What do you love most about your job?
In all seriousness we love helping people make healthier choices and getting to know new members in the process. We enjoy being part of a bustling downtown San Diego Community. This is not your conventional gym or job. We are a community who enjoys active and fit lifestyles!
