CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY: When booking the appointment, you will receive a text and/or email confirmation for your appointment. You will also be asked to put a credit card on file to hold the appointment. The card will NOT be charged or used in any way. I require at least a 2 hour notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment.Please contact me at 614-432-2863 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so within 30minutes in the appointment time(ex. Appt time 1pm and you are not there by 1:30pm) a $25 no show fee will be charged with the card provided. If said card declines or doesn’t work, you will be blocked from booking altogether until the $25 no show fee is processed
