Since 1973, Big Al’s Smokehouse BBQ's cooks have barbecued their Choice meats in accordance with a secret family recipe. The family-owned and operated BBQ restaurant and caterer specializes in hickory smoked choice meats and homestyle sides. On a menu as long as a menu-sized slab of beef, meals range from sandwiches stuffed with hot links to pulled pork to 1-pound baked potatoes loaded with cheese, meats, and plenty of butter, sour cream, and chives.
