About Big Rack Brew Haus

Aaron Oviatt, Big Rack Brew Haus's owner and brewer, began his beer-crafting journey by coincidence. When new neighbors moved in down the street he found out that they were opening up a brewery nearby. After months of visiting, tasting, and volunteering hours behind the scenes, Oviatt had cultivated the hands-on education he needed to try making his own unique brews, each inspired by the outdoor lifestyle he's always loved. They have about 12 different styles of beer.

  • Hillbilly Lager: The lightest beer Big Rack brews, this refreshing lager is made from 100% German malts and Nobel hops.
  • Snakebite IPA: With its bitter bite and spicy finish, this gold-hued IPA is a year-round favorite
  • 12 Pointer Porter: In contrast to the Snakebite, this rich, deep porter, with its creamy chocolate and caramel notes, is a perfect cold-season cuddler.
