Skill and experience are not required at Still Hot Yoga. Students of all levels can attend many of the studio's various class types, which include classic Bikram Yoga in a room heated up to 105 degrees as well as 60-minute Hot Yoga and Vinyasa yoga classes, which meet in a room heated and consist of breathing exercises, standing and seated asanas, and three high-fives. The combination of heat and powerful, sustained stretches systematically engages organs and muscle groups throughout the body while increasing circulation. Students can gradually develop their practice at a comfortable pace, as the sessions improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mind-body connections over time.
